Bad quality and customer service

I was very disappointed with the quality of the ring, the gem fell out on the first day I wore it. I normally do not write bad reviews and I wasn’t going to if the company had resolved the issue and sent a replacement. However all my emails have been ignored and I can’t seem to find a returns button either. Very unfortunate as besides this the ring was actually really pretty.
